On March 4, 2008, at approximately 1515 central standard time, a Cessna 500, registration N113SH, entered a steep descent and crashed about two minutes after takeoff from Wiley Post Airport (PWA) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The impact and subsequent postcrash fire destroyed the airplane. All five occupants—the pilot, a second pilot, and three passengers—were killed.

Aircraft and Flight Details

The aircraft was registered to Southwest Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic PC of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. None of the entities associated with the flight claimed to be its operator.
