What happened
On March 9, 2010, at approximately 16:30 local time, an Eagle 150B, registration 9M-BEV, was involved in an accident near Kota Bahru, Kelantan, Malaysia. The aircraft was operating under visual meteorological conditions (VMC) when a propeller separation occurred during flight. The crash resulted in 2 serious injuries to the occupants, a flight instructor and a student pilot; there were 0 fatalities.
