What happened
On November 13, 2010, at approximately 1633 UTC, a Swearingen SA227-AC, registration N781C, was performing a commercial flight from Jorge Chavez International Airport (SPIM) in Lima, Peru, to Andahuaylas Airport (SPHY).
During the landing phase on runway 030, the aircraft overran the runway, resulting in substantial damage to the airframe. At the time of the accident, visual meteorological conditions were in effect. There were no injuries reported among the two crew members or the seventeen passengers on board.
