What happened
On November 26, 2011, at approximately 1300 UTC, a Grumman G-1159 Gulfstream G-II, operating as N811DE, was involved in an accident at Huambo, Angola. The aircraft, which was being operated by Wings Over Africa on a flight destined for Saurimo, Angola, experienced a runway excursion during a rejected takeoff.
There were 10 persons on board the aircraft at the time of the event. All occupants were not injured. The aircraft sustained substantial damage, though no fire was reported.
