Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the investigation being conducted by the United Kingdom's Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB). As the State of Manufacturer and Design, the United States is participating in the investigation process. There were no fatalities or injuries reported in the initial notification.
