What happened
On October 13, 2012, an accident involving a Boeing 737, registration PK-CJT, occurred in Tabing, Indonesia. The National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT) of Indonesia notified the NTSB of the event. There were no fatalities and no injuries reported in the notification.
The investigation
As the state of manufacture for the aircraft, the United States appointed an Accredited Representative to assist the KNKT investigation in accordance with ICAO Annex 13. All investigative details are to be released by the KNKT of Indonesia.
