What happened
On November 7, 2013, an accident occurred in Buenos Aires, Argentina, involving two aircraft: a Boeing 757-700 and an Embraer E-190. The aircraft identified as LV-CYO was one of the involved aircraft. There were no fatalities and no injuries reported in the notification.
The investigation
The Junta de Investigaciones de Accidentes de Aviacion Civil (JIAAC) of the Republic of Argentina is leading the investigation. The NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the JIAAC under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, acting as the State of Manufacture and Design for the Boeing aircraft.
