What happened
On July 14, 2014, at 1333 UTC, an MD 600N helicopter, registration SE-JKJ, was involved in an accident near Kungsängen, Stockholm, Sweden. During the flight, the aircraft experienced an unidentified engine-related issue, prompting the pilot to perform an autorotation. The maneuver resulted in substantial damage to the aircraft. The pilot was not injured.
