What happened
On October 8, 2014, during scheduled flight operations within the TSA 04D zone and the EP D34 danger area, the crew of a TS-11 Iskra observed a PZL M18B Dromader aircraft entering airspace reserved for military exercises. The crew of the military aircraft immediately notified air traffic control services, specifically APP Dęblin and FIS Warszawa, providing the position and the intended flight direction of the unauthorized aircraft.
