What happened
Following the event, the Air Accidents Investigation Unit (AAIU) of Belgium notified the NTSB. As the State of Manufacture and Design, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Belgian authorities in the investigation process under ICAO Annex 13 protocols. There were no injuries reported.
