What happened
On September 18, 2015, a skydiver with an extensive experience of 1,522 jumps was performing a jump from an altitude of approximately 4,000 meters. The individual was filming a tandem jump during the descent. The Sensei 91 parachute deployed at an altitude of roughly 900 meters; however, immediately following the deployment, the canopy entered a deep, uncontrolled rotation.
In response to the malfunction, the skydiver executed emergency procedures by cutting away the main canopy and deploying the reserve parachute. The descent concluded with a landing on the operational area of the Chrcynno (EPNC) landing field.
