The Ministry of Transport of Thailand notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Boeing 737, registration HS-LTB, which took place on April 10, 2016, in Chiang Mai, Thailand. There were no fatalities and no injuries reported in the notification.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Thai government with its investigation. All investigative details are to be released by the government of Thailand.
