On July 25, 2017, an incident occurred involving a Boeing 737, registration EI-DCR, in Bucharest, Romania. The Civil Aviation Safety Investigation and Analysis Center (CASIAC) of Romania notified the NTSB of the event.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Romanian government's investigation, acting as the State of Manufacturer and Design for the aircraft. There were no injuries reported in relation to this incident.
