The Indonesian National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT) notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Boeing 737, registration PK-LJZ, which took place on August 03, 2017, in Medan, Indonesia.
As the State of Manufacture and Design, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the KNKT's investigation in accordance with ICAO Annex 13. All investigative details will be released by the KNKT.
