On September 19, 2017, an incident occurred involving a Boeing 737, registration HS-LUJ, in Bangkok, Thailand. The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) of Thailand notified the NTSB of the event.
What happened
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the investigation being conducted by the AAIB of Thailand. As the State of Manufacturer and Design, the United States is participating in the investigation process. There were no injuries reported in relation to this incident.
