The government of Brazil notified the NTSB of an accident involving a PZL Swidnik SW4 helicopter that took place on May 4, 2018, in Curitibanos, Brazil. A U.S. Accredited Representative has been appointed to assist the Brazilian investigation in accordance with ICAO Annex 13. There were no injuries reported in the accident involving aircraft PP-MHJ. All investigative details will be released by the Brazilian government.
