What happened
On August 26, 2018, an incident occurred in Antioq, Colombia, involving a HAIC Harbin Y12E, registration HK5036. There were no fatalities and no injuries reported in relation to this event.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in their investigation, acting as the State of Manufacturer.
