The government of Indonesia has reported an accident involving an Air Tractor AT802A, registration PK-PAG, which took place on June 09, 2020. The incident occurred in the vicinity of Karubaga, Indonesia.
An NTSB U.S. Accredited Representative has been appointed to support the investigation being conducted by the Indonesian authorities under ICAO Annex 13 protocols.
