What happened
During the takeoff roll at Santa Bárbara de Zulia-Las Delicias Airport, a mechanical failure occurred involving the left main landing gear. A tire on the left side of the gear assembly burst, which led to a subsequent loss of directional control. As a result of this failure, the aircraft veered toward the left side of the runway.
As the aircraft moved off the paved surface and encountered soft ground, the force of the impact caused the undercarriage to be torn from the airframe. The aircraft continued to slide for several dozen meters before coming to a final stop. There were zero fatalities and zero injuries reported among the five occupants on board.
