What happened
During the takeoff sequence from Campo Verde-Luiz Eduardo Magalhães Airport, the aircraft began a climb before experiencing a significant increase in pitch angle. In an attempt to recover, the pilot executed a sharp left-hand turn, but the aircraft subsequently became uncontrollable. The plane entered a dive and struck an open field located approximately 900 meters from the runway departure point. The impact resulted in a post-crash fire. There was one fatality involving the pilot, who was the only person on board the aircraft.
Findings
Following the loss of control, the aircraft's trajectory led to a high-speed impact with the terrain. The sequence of events indicates that the loss of control occurred during the transition from takeoff to the climbing phase of flight.
