What happened

During a departure from Chino Airport, a twin engine airplane experienced a critical failure while in the climb phase. After departing from runway 21, the aircraft began a left-hand roll. This uncontrolled movement led to a rapid descent into a nearby grassy field. Upon impact with the ground, the aircraft caught fire.

There were two fatalities recorded as a result of the accident. The flight was being conducted on behalf of the Yanks Air Museum.
