What happened
During a scheduled test flight following maintenance work, a twin-engine aircraft crashed into a mountain slope in the vicinity of Llanos del Yarí. The flight was being conducted to verify the airworthiness of the plane after recent mechanical servicing. At the time of the impact, the aircraft was occupied by a total of seven individuals, consisting of two pilots and five mechanics.
Findings
