The investigation
The investigation, based on an initial report from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, focused on the circumstances surrounding the landing. The inquiry examined the mechanical state of the aircraft and the actions of the crew during the final approach. The investigation concluded that the primary issue was an operational oversight regarding the aircraft's configuration.
