The investigation
The ÚZPLN investigation focused on the sequence of events leading to the landing. The commission reviewed the pilot's statement, the aircraft's maintenance records, and the meteorological conditions at the time of the occurrence. The investigation confirmed that the pilot held valid flight and medical certifications, and that the aircraft was airworthy with valid maintenance documentation. Testing by the Czech Police confirmed that the pilot was not under the influence of alcohol or any prohibited substances.

- Meteorological conditions were near clear with light, variable winds, and did not contribute to the incident.
- The aircraft was within its maximum takeoff weight limits and was maintained according to regulations.
