The government of Brazil notified the NTSB of an accident involving an Embraer EMB-202, registration PT-UJI, which took place on October 30, 2018. The aircraft was operated by Nordica Aviacao Agricola Ltda.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Brazilian government's investigation. There were no injuries reported in the accident. All investigative information is to be released by the Brazilian authorities.
