Overview
On 28 May 1968, Garuda Indonesian Airways Flight 892, a Convair 990A jet airliner, crashed during climb-out from Santa Cruz Airport in Bombay, India. The flight was a scheduled international passenger service from Jakarta, Indonesia, to Amsterdam, Netherlands, with intermediate stops.
