Accident Overview
A Cessna 140 experienced a loss of directional control during the takeoff ground run from Runway 21, resulting in the collapse of the right main landing gear. Sequence of Events per Passenger

As the aircraft accelerated, the left rudder became effective, and the aircraft began heading toward the left side of the runway. The passenger reported: "The PIC responded with full right rudder now to counteract the left veering tendency." The aircraft then veered back to the left, collapsing the right main landing gear.
