Upon arriving at Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) in Traverse City, Michigan, the aircraft landed on runway 28. During the landing phase, the aircraft ran off the departure end of the runway. At the time of the accident, weather conditions were reported as snowing, and instrument meteorological conditions prevailed.
