What happened
On June 23, 2015, a Cessna 525A, registered JA021R, departed from Tokyo International Airport at approximately 14:41 JST. The flight proceeded to Kohnan Aerodrome in Okayama Prefecture, arriving at approximately 15:46 JST.
Upon landing, the aircraft overran the runway and came to rest in a pond located near the west end of the runway. The aircraft sustained substantial damage, and there were no injuries reported.
