Incident Notification
The Air Accident Investigation Unit (AAIU) of Ireland has notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an incident involving an Embraer 190-200 LR. The occurrence took place on October 16, 2017.
Investigation Coordination
In accordance with ICAO Annex 13 provisions, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIU investigation. This appointment is made as the United States is the State of Manufacturer and Design of airplane components.
