The Bolivian Accident Investigation Group (AIG) notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Boeing 737, registration CP-3020, which took place on March 24, 2019, in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.

Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AIG's investigation in its capacity as the State of Manufacturer of the aircraft.
