Incident Notification
The Junta de Investigación de Accidentes de Aviación Civil (JIAAC) of Argentina notified the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an incident involving an Embraer ERJ190 aircraft that occurred on September 29, 2019.
NTSB Involvement
In accordance with the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Argentinian JIAAC investigation. The appointment was made because the United States is the State of Manufacturer and Design of the engine.

All investigative information regarding this incident will be released by the JIAAC.
