What happened
On a flight transitioning from Dyess Air Force Base to Fort Sam AFB in Houston, the aircraft encountered severe meteorological conditions. The crew experienced significant turbulence alongside heavy rainfall during the transit.
While navigating these adverse weather elements, the pilot lost control of the aircraft type. The plane subsequently crashed in the vicinity of Boerne, Texas. There were four fatalities recorded as a result of the impact, with no survivors among the occupants.
