On May 23, 2024, an L-145 seaplane with registration RA-3310G was performing a planned international flight route involving airfields in Belarus and Russia. The flight plan included stops at Hozevo, Orsha, Kaluga (Grabtsevo), and Sosnovka. Prior to the flight, the pilot-in-command completed pre-flight preparations according to the aircraft flight manual and refueled the aircraft with approximately 320 kg of AI-95 gasoline.
During the landing phase at Kaluga (Grabtsevo) airport, the aircraft encountered a crosswind. The pilot attempted to land using a sideslip angle, which resulted in the aircraft veering off the runway. The aircraft sustained damage during the excursion.
There were no injuries or fatalities reported in connection with the incident. The flight was conducted under visual meteorological conditions.
