What happened

In an attempt to evaluate the visibility and runway conditions, the captain performed a low-altitude pass over the landing strip. During this maneuver, the pilot lost control of the aircraft. The plane rolled toward the right side, overturned, and ultimately impacted a river situated near the terminus of the runway.
