On 11 May 2025 Tecnam P2002-JF, LY-TDT, during en-route training flight after landing at Paluknys aerodrome, the nose gear strut of the aeroplane collapsed while rolling down the runway. The nose of the aircraft hit the ground, the propeller was broken and the engine cowlings were damaged. The student and the instructor were not injured.
