Cessna Citation Bravo veers off runway and catches fire in Brazil

A business jet left the runway while landing at Parelhas in Rio Grande do Norte on Sunday morning and then caught fire. All eight people on board were unhurt.

A Cessna Citation Bravo caught fire after running off the runway while landing at Parelhas, in Brazil's Rio Grande do Norte state, on Sunday morning, according to an account of the accident.

The jet, registered PP-WMO, carried the singer Rey Vaqueiro, five other passengers, a pilot and a copilot. All eight people on board were unhurt.

Firefighters extinguished the blaze.
