Delta Air Lines has announced its largest-ever flight schedule and service offering at Los Angeles International Airport for the summer of 2027. Together with its commercial partners, the carrier said it will top 200 daily departures to about 70 destinations, keeping its place as the airport's leading operator.

Delta says that at the summer 2027 peak it will be the only airline at LAX connecting the airport's ten largest markets with multiple daily flights.

The growth includes new nonstops. Monterey, California, gets two daily frequencies flown by Delta Connection with Embraer 175 aircraft starting December 19, 2026, the same date a daily nonstop between Salt Lake City and Monterey begins. Philadelphia gets a daily nonstop from June 7, 2027, on Airbus A321neo aircraft.

Frequency increases on key domestic routes roll out through 2027. Raleigh-Durham goes to two daily flights from April 12. Boston goes to five daily from May 6. San Diego increases to five daily from June 7. Cincinnati rises to two daily operations from July 11, the same date Houston reaches three daily and San Antonio three daily. Seattle will increase to as many as eight daily flights from July 11.

In Florida, the airline is strengthening its position with up to 13 daily departures and more.
