GKN Aerospace is expanding its North Charlestown, New Hampshire facility with a $16 million investment to increase capacity for engine component production.
GKN Aerospace is investing $16 million (approximately €13.8 million) to expand its plant in North Charlestown, New Hampshire. The project will grow the facility by roughly 57,000 square feet to a total of approximately 97,000 square feet, or about 9,000 square meters. The expansion adds capacity for turning, surface treatment, and non-destructive testing. More production steps will be performed on-site. The company also plans to increase production and employee numbers.
