An Amerijet Boeing 767-300 freighter sustained visible structural deformation in a hard landing at Guatemala City and remains out of service.

An Amerijet Boeing 767-300 BDSF has been taken out of service following a hard landing at Guatemala City, according to a report on the occurrence.
The freighter, registered N373CM, touched down on runway 02 on Sunday, 6 September. The upper section of the forward fuselage showed visible deformation.
The aircraft is still parked at the Guatemalan capital's airport, and maintenance personnel have measured the damage, passing the data to engineering and to Boeing for assessment, according to the available information. The freighter is considered unfit to fly.
Amerijet has not issued an official statement on the event.
