In recommendation WPR14CA003, designated as A-14-027, the National Transportation Safety Board has directed the Federal Aviation Administration to work in conjunction with the National Agricultural Aviation Research & Education Foundation. This collaboration aims to develop and distribute comprehensive guidance covering the knowledge test subject areas and skills test items required under 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 137. The proposed materials will include detailed discussions of the relevant knowledge domains and illustrated descriptions for the safe and successful execution of skills test maneuvers. Special emphasis within this guidance is placed on aerodynamic stall onset awareness and prevention strategies to enhance safety standards in agricultural aviation operations.
