The National Transportation Safety Board has issued recommendation WPR14CA003, designated as A-14-028, addressed directly to the National Agricultural Aviation Research and Education Foundation. This directive urges the foundation to work closely with the Federal Aviation Administration to develop and distribute agricultural aircraft operations-specific guidance. The proposed materials will focus on fatigue, fatigue management strategies, and scheduling practices.
