The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has issued Safety Recommendation A-14-057, identified by reference number DCA13MA120, addressed directly to The Boeing Company. This directive instructs the manufacturer to utilize guidance developed by the low energy alerting system panel, which was established in accordance with Safety Recommendation A-14-43.
