The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has issued a formal recommendation, designated as A-15-028 and associated with investigation number DCA15MA019. This directive is addressed to the Commercial Spaceflight Federation. The NTSB instructs the Federation to work directly with the Federal Aviation Administration.
