NTSB Recommends FAA Provide Guidance to Air Traffic Controllers

The National Transportation Safety Board recommends that the Federal Aviation Administration provide information to all air traffic controllers detailing the actions they should expect from first-line supervisors if, in the supervisor's judgment, the controller's actions while working actual traffic have been incorrect and have created a dangerous situation.
