The NTSB recommends the FAA conduct an airport certification inspection at the Grand Canyon National Park Airport.
The NTSB recommends that the Federal Aviation Administration conduct an airport certification inspection with a special team of inspectors at the Grand Canyon National Park Airport for compliance with 14 CFR 139 and order corrective actions where noncompliance is found.
