- 2026-01 Air carrier flight crew reported after push back the aircraft at the adjacent gate was pushed back to a spot that would have resulted in a collision if the aircraft began to taxi.
- 2025-12 A319 Captain reported the tail of a B737 aircraft went over their wingtip during pushback.
- 2025-11 Air carrier First Officer reported non-standard communications and procedures during pushback with the ramp agents; which resulted in uncontrolled aircraft movement when the tow bar was disconnected. The Captain set the brakes and no injuries or damage occurred.
