- 2026-01 A-321 First Officer reported a cockpit fire extinguisher damaged and leaking halon during cruise flight. The crew coordinated with the cabin crew and secured the faulty cockpit fire extinguisher in a Thermal Containment Bag; TCB; and the flight continued to destination.
- 2025-12 Air carrier pilot reported being advised by a Flight Attendant of an odor at the rear of the aircraft at the gate. Pilot referenced checklist; deplaned the crew and were reassigned another aircraft.
- 2025-11 Air carrier First Officer reported an inflight diversion due to fumes in the cabin. Flight landed at diversion airport.
