  • 2026-01 A Flight Attendant reported flight attendants became ill during the flight due to possible cabin fumes exposure.
  • 2025-11 B767 Captain reported Flight Attendant and passenger illnesses resulting from cabin fumes during cruise. The flight diverted and performed an overweight landing.
  • 2025-10 Air Carrier pilots reported a fuel fumes event in the cockpit while on final approach; which resulted in an engine fire warning after landing where the crew stopped the aircraft and shutdown the engine on a taxiway. The crew evacuated the aircraft by stairs and noticed a pool of fuel under the right engine.
