Cessna pilot reported the right main gear strut collapsed on taxi out damaging the propeller. The aircraft was jacked up and the strut extended; and was towed to the ramp area for maintenance.
Taxi out ZZZ1 for departure with 3 passengers and gear. Second trip of the day to ZZZ2. Taxi out normal. Obtained airport advisory; no traffic. Wind 350/9; elected back taxi Runway XX for XY departures. Back taxi complete began left 180 turn for takeoff [Runway] XY; just beginning the left turn right wing drops contacting the runway with prop contacting the runway and stopping. I notified ATC I had gear collapse and secured the left engine and all electrical. The collapse event was not jarring and there were no injuries; passengers and pilot exited the aircraft with no problem. Airport personal arrived and drove us back to the ramp. With the help of NAME; the aircraft was lifted; right gear fixed down then towed off the runway. Inspection of the landing gear revealed the retraction lug on the gear trunnion separated and the bolt had sheared resulting in the gear lock down arm folding in and allowing the gear to retract inward resting on the closed inner gear door.Right gear collapse resulted in damage to right wing; right inboard and outboard flap; right horizontal stabilizer and elevator and tail cone; right engine and propeller sudden stoppage.Right gear trunnion damaged; broken retract linkage. inner gear door deformed; Outboard 4 ft. of the right wing is deformed; top skin wrinkled; twisting at the main spar cracked paint along the spar seam; tip tank damaged and leaking. Flap deformed and cracked skin. Right horizontal stabilizer tip and elevator deformed. Right engine sudden stoppage; propeller all 3 blades top 3' curled and blades loose in hub.Runway ice and packed snow with bare spots along runway side; side loading hitting bare pavement could be contributing factor. Could be contributing factor. This aircraft had a previous right side gear failure and had been repaired by me replacing the right gear strut; retract linkage and inner gear door with serviceable parts. Gear was rigged per Cessna maintenance manual and returned to service. At this point it is unknown what other issue precepted this failure could be contributing factor. This aircraft had a previous right side gear failure and had been repaired by me replacing the right gear strut; retract linkage and inner gear door with serviceable parts.
